This aims to promote the importance of evidence-based practices in schools so as to create a culture of research and innovation in education.IWAG is a Cebuano term which means "light". Through this research advocacy and dissemination, it seeks to enlighten and empower educators, school leaders, and staff to investigate and address specific chailenges within their schoois and workplace.

Anyone who has DepEd account can join IWAG.
Send your abstract to the Schools Division Research and Innovation Committee. You will be notified once the Abstract is accepted or needs revision. Then, you will be asked to disseminate your research findings to a group of researchers. The committee will require you to write your journal article following the guide. A certificate of publication will be issued once your research is published.
